Support Groups: Bariatric Surgery
If you or a loved one has had, or is planning to have, a gastric bypass procedure, please plan to join us! Our support group is designed for both pre-op and post-op bariatric surgery patients, as well as family and friends who are supporting the gastric bypass patient.
We alternate “open forum” night (facilitated discussion) one month with a guest speaker the next month. Topics include nutrition, psychology, exercise, plastic surgery & more! There’s always time for social interaction & questions.

Parking is available at the MUSC 'G' Lot located across the street from the IOP on President St. We will validate your parking.
ALL meetings are FREE and pre-registration is NOT required.
